[DeTomaso] Pantera Track Event

FWIW, it's been a loooong time since POCA was at LVMS. I ran across a nice illustrated 5-pg write-up in the Summer 2004 PI Magazine, by Chuck Melton. That was also the year that legendary Pantera racer Claude DuBoise of Belgium and Ford's Don Coleman attended the Fun Rally.
