[DeTomaso] Steering wheel cover & turnsignal mechanism

The left side of the steering wheel cover is held in place by a machine screw that goes into the turn signal housing.(Exact length so as not to screw into the bakelight Turnsignal housing) The right side cover is held in placer by a sheet metal screw that goes into the metal arm that is part of the turn signal bracket... 
Removal 
Drop the column....remove the right side ...then you can get a Phillips screwdriver on the inside bracket ( 2 screws) to loosen it....then it is much easier to pivot the plastic cover lower on the left side to remove the left side screw and the cover.
