In my opinion- which is one persons', I think the stock body needs
wipers if its a real car. Also IMHO the most attractive of the
no-visible-wipers is Rick Rosier's altered-hood Pantera, in which the
fully operative wipers are parked below the modified hood line. I think
this was a Wilkinson mod. FWIW- J Deryke

I know a lot of us just remove the windshield wipers and some of us
  need
them so the local constabulary is satisfied, does anyone actually
  spend the
money to have really quality wipers put on their car?A  I
  could kind of see
it in the PNW but other places...
I usually treat my car with high quality
parts.A  It's a high quality
car and I want to keep it that way, but my
windshield wipers finally
rotted after 15 years of ownership and I think I
used them twice in all
that time.A  I was walking through the Dollar Store
and I saw
windshield wipers and I thought I should just snag them but I
wanted to
see what popular opinion is for Panteras and windshield wipers.A
I
don't think any of the DeTomaso specialty vendors sell them and I *do*

know a lot of us just Rain-EX our windshield and forget about it.
  Any
thoughts?A  Am I just thinking about it too much?
