[DeTomaso] Front wing

Yes some cars did have it. 
But that wing was not a device for the purpose of adding any downforce.
It was simply installed by the grey market importers so car was able to comply with the DOT rules with regards to the height of the 5 mph bumper, back in the early eighties.
