[DeTomaso] Has anyone used the Powerbuilt 940963 3/8" Drive Digital Torque Adapter, 20 to 99 ft-lbs

 They claim you can use it to verify the calibration of a torque wrench, but I don't see why it would have any better calibration than a good torque wrench, or hold the calibration any better:

I guess if you have more than one torque wrench, you could use this to compare them?
