Spring strength depends on your comfort level and the weight of the car. Larry Stock and I both use 300 lb/in fronts and 450 lbs.in in the rear. Others use 450s in front and 600-or more in the rear. Springs are less than $50 a pair and swap easily, so you can try a couple and see what suits you. Remember that high pressure gas-Konis add 45 lbs.in spring strength just from the gas pressure. Low pressure or no-pressure shocks do not add anything.
