[DeTomaso] NPC - Create a dually with only 2 rear tires instead of 4

I don't think theirs are nearly as big, 55,000 lbs and 40' to 55' long.
The F1 transporters look like half of a dual trailer set up, which are over
60' long, longer with a full tilt sleeper.
