[DeTomaso] Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug

Been there.  Done that.  It wasn't funny for me either.  ;-)

I normally turn the engine over by the balancer bolt.

The EOIC method works faster if you do them by the firing order.  Do all
of the exhausts, and then all of the intakes.
