[DeTomaso] Got One!

[Asa Jay Laughton]

Actually, as I recall, on-line membership registration and renewal used
to work just fine, in fact Mark McWhinney got on-line registration for
the Fun Rally working one or two years in a row as well.  Unfortunately,
nobody has had the time to get it working again on the rebuilt site.
