Be careful there.  Most Japanese backsides are a good deal smaller than the
average Westerner, so unless you have an under-30 skinny butt, you may feel
squeezed in more than just your wallet.

I always thought that seats from "De Tomaso" book shown in one of the first
Pantera show cars looked really nice; see attached image.

I have now found a pretty inexpensive seats ($280 each) sold in Japan that
sort of mimic this look and, I think, would fit very well in Pantera:
