[DeTomaso] Inductive amp gauge?

How does it work? I know that to have an inductance you need a change in
current, but most of the time the charging system is at constant current so
the inductance would be zero. Maybe a remote sensor like.. I don't know,
an ammeter that measures the current by deflection against a coil (current
changing direction) and then registering that deflection remotely.
It always seemed kind of weird to me.

A A That's exactly what I was thinking.A After doing a lot of

much.A Either
A A way there wasn't really a "gauge" out there that would look
good in a
A A dash.
A A I do think this would make a good product.
