Or, you can buy a fender rolling tool from http://www.eastwood.com/ew-fender-roller-w-instruction.html for only $129. Seems that it might be better than a hammer and/or broom stick. For what its worth, I just had my front fenders rolled after the second time the right wheel pulled out my fender costing me $2,500 to fix and repaint. The fender rolling was included in the fix so I cant tell you how much I was charged, but initially the body shop wanted $561 per wheel well and backed off once I pointed out that they were already charging an arm and leg and various other body parts just to fix one fender. Although the price was high, they look great and give me the clearance so it should not happen again.

FWIW- I've never seen a Pantera that NEEDED the rear fender lips 
rolled- even running giant tires. There might be one out there 
someplace, but...

When I did mine I considered fancy tools and ended up using a very simple 
but effective method. 

I heated the fender lip paint so it was very warm to the touch (and kept 
re-heating as I worked along it so the paint wouldn't crack). I then 
gradually hammered the fender lips inwards using a small lead hammer with a 
few layers of heavy soft rag covering the head (to protect the paint). 
Gentle taps working along the fender back and forth several times was all 
that was needed to roll the lips inward very nicely. No cracked paint, no 
body damage and not risk of catching the tires on the lips. And no special 
tools. 

I assume you will also be lowering the fronts, and that area MUST be rolled 
so the tires don't catch - especially if you're running wider than stock 
from tires.
