Mike,

Simple and easy.

BEFORE unbolting the buckets from the headlight bar brackets, drill three small holes through the bucket and the bracket, in a wide triangle pattern. 

When putting things back, use three nails/bolts or whatever to align the three holes, and ....

Voila! Right back where you started.

Pay attention to possible shim washers between the bucket and the bracket when taking things apart.
