Hugh, 
    Having stood at this same doorstep myself (different cancer), I understand where you are. Be assured that all of your DeTomaso brethren around the world will be praying for only the very best outcome from your biopsy and possible surgery. 
    We will all be with you throughout this episode in your life in our thoughts and out prayer.                       As you say, some day we'll be able to sit and recount this as a past experience. 
    Gods strength and your resolve will be your best weapons in this battle...... All my best!
