[DeTomaso] Salvage title

In the USA, State of South Carolina. A salvage title only means that the car was considered a TOTAL loss by the insurance company and could not be insured for any collision value. You must have LIABILITY insurance, you can drive the car, just not insure it as it has minimal value.  Bill 1362
