[DeTomaso] Will Pantera prices follow Mangusta prices?

A few people asked for the pic I mentioned of the Pantera
at Riverside from 1973. I was only 9 so isn't the best pic
but might have slight interest to some of us.

On this thread Sean discussed a BMW 135i. As it turns
out I have a 335is - beautiful car, fast, comfortable and
fun to drive. As he said, it is also a commodity item that
will have negligible value 20 years from now. I can't
imagine owning it for 20 years (I just turned 25 on my
Pantera ownership). Between smog tests and general
complexity it won't be worth repairing once something
interesting fails. Until that happens or I get tired of
driving it I'll keep a spot for it in my garage.
