This page as of now has 533 Likes, so every time a picture or video or announcement is posted on this Fan page, they get a notification on their own Facebook page, and in turn all of their friends can see this. This means literally thousands of people are exposed to our club and the Pantera or Mangusta. Please tell your friends, the more Likes, the more exposure.

This account is a place that can make announcements, such as the Fun Rally, or anything Pantera related that is chosen to be said at any given moment such as “we had a great turnout of Panteras today at the car show in Dearborn, MI and one Mangusta graced our presence". Each Tweet is limited to 140 characters, basically just short blurbs to the rest of the world about what is going on in the POCA world at any given moment.

The next time they see a Pantera on the road, they won’t be saying “Is that a Dolorean?” They will be saying, that’s a Detomaso Pantera!!!

All,
Ed Mendez here from San Diego Panteras.
I have the following pages up and on Facebook and Twitter and wanted
everyone to know.
First let me explain for those who are not familiar with Facebook or
Twitter.
The first page is a "LIKE" page, this is essentially a Fan Page where
people on the Facebook community can hit the Like button and they start
getting notifications every time something is posted on the page. This
page as of now has 533 Likes, so every time a picture or video or
announcement is posted on this Fan page, they get a notification on
their own Facebook page, and in turn all of their friends can see this.
This means literally thousands of people are exposed to our club and
the Pantera or Mangusta. Please tell your friends, the more Likes, the
more exposure.
This site is here:
[2]https://www.facebook.com/PanteraOwnersClubOfAmerica You need a
Facebook account to see it.
The next site I have created is a Facebook Group Page, essentially the
same as above but you have to request to be a member. Things posted
here only notify other members, similar to the POCA Forum. I currently
have 231 members here, that I have either invited or have asked to
join.
This site can be found here:
[3]https://www.facebook.com/groups/PanteraOwnersClubofAmerica/ You need
a Facebook account to see it.
The next is a Twitter account. This account is a place that can make
announcements, such as the Fun Rally, or anything Pantera related that
is chosen to be said at any given moment such as "we had a great
turnout of Panteras today at the car show in Dearborn, MI and one
Mangusta graced our presence". Each Tweet is limited to 140 characters,
basically just short blurbs to the rest of the world about what is
going on in the POCA world at any given moment.
This can be found here: [4]@POCAUSA but you need a Twitter account to
see it.
I know that some of you are against Facebook or Twitter or both. All I
can say is we can either embrace it, or let it pass us by and leave us
in the dust and our car club, either way social media is here to stay.
Like it or not.
So please go to these sites above, sign up for a Facebook account, a
Twitter account, use a yahoo account if you want to be anonymous, so
what "the NSA can see everything you post" you say?
So what they see every email we post here in the POCA Forum, so who
cares if they want to track us and waste their time with a bunch of car
enthusiasts. Makes no difference to me.
I say embrace it, and use it as a major tool to promote the DeTomaso
Pantera and Mangusta and the Pantera Owners Club of America, let the
world know who we are. The next time they see a Pantera on the road,
they won't be saying "Is that a Dolorean?" They will be saying, that's
a Detomaso Pantera!!!
This is all about the car, that's why we are here.
Thanks for your time.
Ed
