[DeTomaso] Stock or NOS brake master cylinder

Does anyone have a source for a (Quality) stock replacement or NOS brake master cylinder for a '73 Pantera? 
I understand that it is the same as a Ferrari 308 but is it exactly the same ? ( bore size)
