Sorry don't mean to be difficult but It really depends on the ones you
   have.
The ones most desired are the same Vitalonis that were on:
   Ferrari 308, 328, 512BB, Lamborghini Countach, Pantera GT5, Longchamp
to name a few. These are the Vitaloni "Turbo" model. You can tell
the Turbo version by how they mount; the rubber bellows; and most
importantly, the fixed mirror shell. The mirror glass is separate and
adjusts INSIDE the mirror shell (without moving the mirror body) by
means of a gimble in the mirror housing body
There are two versions of the Vitoloni "Turbo" - manual adjustable and
   remote electric adjustable.
I would say that the manuals are worth no less than $250 USD and the
remote adjustable (most rare) no less than $600 USD. After that, it
is what ever the market says they are worth. Personally, I would not
let NOS manuals go for under $500 and NOS electrics for under $1000 (I
   will tell you why below)
The second versions are called Vitaloni "Baby Turbo". These look
similar to the Turbos but have a number of differences. The mount is
different, the mirror adjustment is different and the mirror is
attached to the mirror housing body. With the Baby Turbos, one adjusts
the whole body/mirror glass together by moving a ball joint that is
outside of the mirror housing body (the ball joint is covered by the
bellows). These are worth no less than $150 USD and I would not let
NOS Baby Turbos go for less than $200.
FYI. The Vitaloni plant (which was owned by the Fiat group) suffered a
major fire around the turn of the century and much of the tooling was
lost - including, the tooling for the "Turbo" mirrors. NOS "Turbo"
mirrors are very hard to come by and can be classed as collectors items
   ... for restoration cars.
In 1992-4 when I was shopping for "Turbos", The F-car dealership wanted
$1K CAD for the manual adjustable (I said "Oh that's nice, thanked
them and walked out). The Lamborghini dealer wanted $400 CAD for the
manuals and $800 CAD for the remote electric. I got mine from an
specialty mirror dealer in the US for less.
Finally, the Turbos look the best and have the best quality, BUT the
Baby Turbos adjust without modification to work well on a DeTomaso
   Pantera.
