Nice CarCast episode with Adam Carolla. He's definitely a fan of the Pantera. Too bad the owner perpetuated the myth that Pantera's overheat. Sounds like a few club members should stop by and help him sort his car so he can drive it in traffic without worry. He also should have started the car and warmed it up a bit before they arrived so it would start on the first crank. And, "maroon-ish color?" Someone teach him what color his car is...
Also, hilarious comment about the "tranny cooler" referring to the AC condenser. I love the bundle of snakes look of 180's, but cracked up at Adam's comment about seeing Panteras at car shows with "jet boat headers" coming out the back. Too funny!

Great publicity for the marque. It is nice to see proper accolades being given to the factory stock cars.
It was disappointing to keep hearing people mention "Pantera" as if it was a manufacturer. Sure, a small mistake but it would be even nicer to see Detomaso being praised as a wonderful marque.
I've heard that before here:

The Ring brothers car sounds nice, but even the guy doing the interview
is struggling to find something nice to say about it.

A narrow body car with power steering? What a waste! But all in all,
even if it isn't my style, it's an interesting exercise they've done,
it gives us something else to argue about, and got some publicity for
the marque
