Not necessarily. The port velocity is higher in the stroked engine. It
might be a case where the RPM is raised where the cross-over occurs.
However, if the non stroked engine had unported 2V heads, the air flow
relative to the displacement might be similar and it might behave
similarly. Would be worth testing on the dyno some day...
