[DeTomaso] Window Trim

As I remember, it's harder to get them back on than taking them off. Esp
the inside top pieces on the door.

Mine came off easily without sliding - just minor prying using very
small
screw drivers.
The glass and whiskers were already out. A I don't remember where the
screws were, but I removed those first.
They went back on without any drama.
