The issue of the Redline being synthetic is of debatable significance although the 75 vs 80 rating might give you better shifting when cold and it should withstand stress a bit better.
But the main issue is the NS moniker-- it has no limited slip additive. This additive makes the oil more slippery, which is good for hypoid gears but is BAD for synchro rings because it is SO slippery the rings don't engage properly and therefore wear out. Most gear oils are made to be usable in limited slip diffs and thus have the additive.
