Here's info on the car and bunches of photos from before and after. It's been for sale for a long time for a loooot of cash, if I remember correctly. 

It has a lot of history, but it is a butt-ugly car, imo.

If there is a Detomaso Pantera under there somewhere, I didn't see it.
 Sure it has the 351 and the ZF, not clear photos of the floorpan.

I'm sure somebody knows,

If it was a real Pantera, I'd love to have the serial number.
