Hi guys,

You know Patrick Hals from Brussels--he owns the original factory Gr4
Pantera that was sponsored by the Candy electronics company when it raced in

Portugal in the 1980s.   It's been known forever since as The Candy Car.

Patrick is the most active Pantera racer in the world--his car has a new
engine screwed together by Pat Mical, and his words, it 'goes like hell!'

He ran at Spa not long ago, but was sidelined when the water pump belt 
broke and he had no spare?!   A week later, he ran at Mugello, Italy, and he

came in 4th place overall, in front of some very serious competition!

He will be running at Le Mans Classic, naturally, as well as several other
prestigious events, including the first-ever vintage race at Daytona, FL in
November.
