Are you sure you got the #DF021057S 10.4" Pantera specific clutch and not a generic 351C/Mustang 11" clutch?

John. good eyes you have :) but it is the image that lie. what you see is an
original edge. But take a look at this picture. disregard marks around the
bolt. see the top edge. what could it be that touches the paint?

Freddy,
There appear to be some marks on your old pressure plate, as indicated by
the arrows on the attached pic.
Centerforce usually has a spacer behind the throwout bearing. If the spacer
isn’t used, it might be possible for the throwout fork to contact the
pressure plate.
In your video, it sounds like the engine slows down when the clutch pedal is
depressed.
