Freddy,

There appear to be some marks on your old pressure plate, as indicated by the arrows on the attached pic.

Centerforce usually has a spacer behind the throwout bearing.  If the spacer isn’t used, it might be possible for the throwout fork to contact the pressure plate.  

In your video, it sounds like the engine slows down when the clutch pedal is depressed.
