I had "Just Dashes" recover the dash of a '70 LTD and 70 Torino back in about '82. I was pleased with their work.

The "Just Dashes" website says they redo Pantera dashes.  Have no idea
   about their quality.

   YMMV

Come to think of it I recall seeing dash caps available for the
Pantera, I just cannot recall where I saw that at present. It's just
   a
glue on dash overlay that the front edge wraps into the exisitng
   gauge
     panel area.

You might try calling the company called "Just Dashes" and see if they
   offer via
   ble solutions for Pantera owners.

I had a Corvette with a cracked dash and repaired it with one of the
   specialist
kits. My experience was it took some learning to reproduce anything
   like the ori
ginal wrinkle pattern and even when I became proficient it was still
   visible as
a fix. More importantly it didn't hold up here in NV as the sun got to
   the dash
the two plastics had different thermal expansion and it cracked along
   the filled
   edge.
I would recommend you go for recovering, get it done with leather (or
   leatherett
   e) with French seams and it will look awesome.
