... Not willing to drive 450 miles, one way, from Bay Area

... Not interested in just another apparent money-grab production from the Concorso Cartel

... Still getting Winter projects completed. Yes, it is still Winter here in 70-80 degree, Sunny California. :-)

... Personal silent protest over the Monterey Concorso's move to Saturday which is a terrible conflict with the
    arguably 'best' day of Laguna Seca racing.

... The once-a-year Monterey Concorso exposure to the LOOK AT MY LAMBO AND ITS LOUD PAINT crowd is enough.

... Fear of repeat of previous inept entry procedures where average April temp in Palm Desert is 88. March is 81. 

... One day of poser, gold-chain, trophy-wife,"OHHH, LOOK, a red Ferrari !!!" exposure is enough for the year.
