Are the Bassets steel?

If so, how much do they weigh?

My 15x14 and 15x10 steel Basset wheels are the Inertia series with Hoosier radial slicks(not DOT street,but real slicks which are lighter) averaged between 11 and 12 pounds LIGHTER than my 18x13 and 18x10 aluminum Kinesis wheels with Toyo R888 tires.

I ordered 15x13 and 15x11 Basset D wheels for street use recently and they should be here soon.PS,it took 6 weeks to get them made,but i had them chromed so it takes longer.

PSS,i got the Michelin TB15 tires from http://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/

I am in California,and they took just over a week to get to me from England,and they were $200 a tire cheaper than Coker tire here in the USA.Bonus of free shipping as well!
