[DeTomaso] Car that got away

We can all sit and cry in our beer about cars missed, cars sold, etc.  My biggest story is back in my senior year in college, I bought two 1953 Corvettes, and knew where a third was about 5 miles from me.  Sold both of them for $1500.00 - but used the money to start our first business with.  They are now worth over $200,000.00 each.  ---BILL ( stop me if you've heard this story) Lewis

At one time I was considering buying Candy
and later the Pizza car.. both went to good 
homes.. I had trouble that they were not street
legal vehicles
