You can buy those clamp on steering ball thingy's at all good geriatric stores :>) I think they also sell them 2 for 1 on TV deals if you call within 10 minutes.

My Lecarra wheel is nay 13" in diameter. With my Nitto NT-05 235/40R18  Front tires that are 9.57" wide I felt like I needed steroids to turn the wheel from lock to lock while parking! Some one should invent a wheel with an extension from one of the spokes with one of those 1950's suicide speed steering balls (a brodie knob).
Tuning those 9.57" wide 18" wheels with no power steering will give you quite a work out. The extra inch of leverage would have come in handy even if it made you ooh like Ralph Kramden!Boyd

Fwiw I experimented with a 15 inch lecarra wheel for about a week. Seemed like a good idea when I ordered it, but it was way too big. It felt like I was driving a bus!
