Gray,
I wouldn't be surprised if Yahoo groups treats emails differently. We
are using software called Mailman and was essentially designed as an
announcement tool for developers. It migrated into hobby mailing lists
(typically because developers knew about it and already used it).

The developers of the Mailman application control the underlying code...
I don't mess with the code. They also provide an interface where I can
tweak a certain amount of predetermined settings. Making the "from" in
the body of the message appear like it used to (as only the original
sender) is not something I have a setting for, unfortunately. It's
essentially out of my control.

The nice thing is that everyone who has an AOL or Yahoo account appear
to be at the very least -getting- these messages now. If more fixes
come out of the Mailman development group in the future, maybe they will
help address some of these things.

Remember, this was all started by new DMARC spam protection measures
many big ISPs put in place last April. Mailman is a free application
worked on by developers in their free time. It's nice they've been able
to put at least this much together in this amount of time. Hopefully it
will get better.
