[DeTomaso] Spring rates, math quiz

I've cut 1 1/2 out of 12 turns of a spring I think is softer than orig, if
that increases spring rate by 10-15%, I don't mind. Had a starter issue, so
not been able to drive it yet

FYI.  Cutting springs will give you the correct ride height, but it
increases the spring rate and could result in a very stiff spring.
