Both have six holes, but in two different diameters: 

Nardi/Fittapaldi = 74mm (2-7/8") circle 

Momo/Sparco/Grant/Just about everyone else = 70mm (2-3/4") circle

Visually, the 70mm Momo version has a hole at 12 o'clock.

The 74mm versions have top holes at roughly 11 and 1 o'clock.

Ferrero wheels, such as the two-spoke on early Panteras, are six bolts on a 75mm circle at 11 and 1 o'clock

And in steering wheel and tire wheel terminology, the diameter is referred to as being a  PCD. Pitch Circle Diameter.

And also called BCD, Bolt Circle Diameter.

Then there are the LaCarra 9 bolt wheels on a 100mm PCD.

There are adapters for just about any combination of hub and steering wheel patterns.
