[DeTomaso] steering rack

[Pantdino]

This is the same unit used in the Dino 246GT.
When mine got worn on that car maybe 5 yrs ago the word on the Ferrari forum was that those aftermarket units are of much inferior quality compared to the originals and I should have mine rebuilt.
 
Steve Wilkinson sent my rack to someone in Chicago to have it rebuilt-- was about $400 if IIRC.
