The following motions were approved at the Pantera Club meeting on August 
1st, 1973:
1. The name of the club shall be "Pantera Owners Club of America".
2. Yearly fees will be $15.00.
3. Will honor Mangusta owners for membership.
4. $1.00 refreshment dues each meeting.
5. Lyle Ottison - Technical Advisor.
6. Gary Chandler - Master Mechanic.
7. Hank Pullman - Sgt. of Arms.
                                                   Meeting closed - 2145.
