You can retract a bid, go here;

Be careful of the reason you use, if you say you enter 'wrong amount' the expectation is that you bid again.
Bid retractions are reasonably common I find, people bid an item up to see what the reserve is and then when they hit it they retract the bid.

You  really can't. You can try to send an e-mail to the vendor and explain
that you are no longer interested in bidding but that still won't remove
your bid. The seller may agree not to make a negative mark against you.Your
best hope is that someone outbids you.
