[DeTomaso] Interior Parts Needed

Looking for the following, would prefer to ask you folks first before I hit
the vendors.
For a '74 late model car:
- The two fiberglass kick panels that go inside the foot wells, forward of
the center console
- The plastic ends to the three HVAC control levers
- The three-slot plastic HVAC panel
- Bulb holder for the water temp gage (brown plastic)

Also, I want to upgrade my dash light bulbs to slightly brighter ones, there
has been a thread on this in the past.  What size/type do I need?
What is a good source to replace the foam the goes between the dash vents
and the heater box?
