[DeTomaso] Track event attendees - POCA Lone Star Fun Rally

It is part of a Drivers Edge event. Lots of corner workers. High level of
safety. There is a tech form but most well looked after street cars would
qualify. Tires, new brake fluid . Helmet for sure etc.. We can provide the
form.

No requirement for roll bar, drivers suit, drivers shoes , fire suppression
etc
