And if the magazine doesn't show up, the actual car has been in the Reno area for decades, although the black Panther is likely long gone. So recreating the poster would need help from a zoo.    I just ordered a Dec 1984 Motor Trend from their archives.  It will be
   interesting to see if it arrives.  Seems as if I remember that it was
   said that in the mag it was a 2 page picture.
