[DeTomaso] Flush side markers

If I kept rectangular markers (which go well with the Pantera¹s design), I
would replicate what JT did.
It looks very nice without looking like a fragile, pusher, show car.
Pusher = push on/off trailer, but too delicate to actually drive.
