[DeTomaso] Flush side markers

Thanks John.  Looks just like what I want to create.  I assume from your
message that you did this with the lens and light from the original side
marker, replacing the chrome plastic bezel with the welded in piece.  I
don't do welding yet, but could get it done when that time comes.

I flushed my marker lights.  I created a metal surround, careful to leave
adequate space for paint around the lens and then welded the surround in
place while wearing an auto-darkening helmet.
