[DeTomaso] Flush side markers

I used round markers from a late model Ferrari.

No - I¹m not trying to build a Ferrari clone.  These are similar to the
round markers found on some Panteras and Mangustas. But they are new.
They were about $15 from the dealer.

The marker work on Bill¹s car was done by a guy that was my neighbor in
Houston.  I¹m not sure where he is these days.  He mounts the marker
flush, and then paints over it.  When the marker isn¹t lit, you can¹t see
it.  When the marker is on, it glows through the paint.  It wasn¹t my
taste, but it is a cool idea.
