Just an idea.  Maybe you and Kirby could rescue TWS.  I'm sure the finances 
would not be of concern.  If need be Gray could be called upon.

Just wishful thinking.

We are approaching the end of an error in Texas.  Acquired recently by a
private equity firm, Texas World Speedway will be converted to a planned
community in the near future.  Here is a clip of Tom Upton and Kirby
Schrader tackling it with probably two of the fastest Panteras on the
Planet.  Th road course is 2.9 miles in length.  The banked section held
the closed course record for decades by Andretti at 230+mph.
