[DeTomaso] Dual Remote oil filters

Idea:

Use a high pressure oil pump, and an external pressure valve, that opens
at the desired (lower) oil pressure, then plumb the return oil from that
valve through an external filter, and possibly an oil cooler too, before
draining back into the pan.

The filter will only have to handle the excess oil from the pump and can
be of a finer material as it won't have to handle the full flow. There
will be no high pressure through either the filter or the cooler and the
lines can be of any length, in case you want to have the cooler up front.

You will still use a full flow filter in the normal location.

I believe the filter manufacturers make finer filters for bypass use
