[DeTomaso] Ring bolts (again)

Car back on its feet again, and I've done a few test drives, and it is an absolute joy to drive again. 😄

There is just some very slight vibrations around 2k, but the violent vibrations higher up are completely gone. The rear view mirrors work again, and it feels like it want to rev much better than before. It has been nine years since it was this smooth

And with new ARP ring bolts, the Rover flywheel bolts are perfect, torqued correctly, and Red Line GL5 oil, I think this will be a very nice season for #9321.
