[DeTomaso] tube frame and carbon fiber front end? NPC

Car is badly damaged in front but it can be a candidate for whats known in the trade as a 'splitter'- the whole front end from about the windshield fwd is cut off and a new one welded on, then the usual interstate registration maneuvers done to regenerate a non-salvage replacement title. Rear clips are also done. Big job but can be rewarding if you have the talent and don't get buried in the replacement parts cost. Kirk Evans-level bodywork skills needed here. 
 
Fairly common with unibodies- I know of at least one Pantera reconstructed this way thats on the road again. With framed cars, its often simpler to replace the whole frame instead of straightening it.
