I have dealt with Mike many times, never an issue.

I echo Julian's 'brief descriptions' concern, but I always get a prompt response when questions need to be posed.

And it pays to ask. I recently won a pair of electric mirrors from Mike. After the close of the auction, I wrote and asked if perchance they also had the dual control levers for the mirrors. Turns out they had seen the controls, found them and included them at no extra charge.
