[DeTomaso] Strange electrical issue - is it time for a new starter?

" Now I will search for a better disconnect switch ", exactly what I have
done for years, can't find one other than the green thumb wheel one we
probably all have. Especially on my Longchamp, if I don't turn it down all
the way, hard, it can't start when warm. If someone comes up with a better
model that gives a good connection and can be used w/o tools, I'll buy 3
right now.

Mvh/Regards
Mikael

following up on my "starter clicking" issue - you guys were right: I removed
the battery disconnect switch, and the car started a total of 7 times this
weekend w/o a problem. Now I will search for a better disconnect switch, as
I like to isolate the battery when not driving the car (mostly Sunday night
- Saturday morning). Thanks for the help!
